The club: weekly sessions in Chester and Ellesmere Port
Eleven one-hour sessions a week for ages 6–18, all abilities. Groups are capped at ten, coaching follows British Gymnastics progressions, and the club runs almost all year round rather than term time only.

When we bounce
42 weeks a year at Northgate, 40 at Ellesmere Port. Tell us which time suits and we'll let you know where there's space.
Where we are
Victoria Road, Chester CH2 2AU
Stanney Lane, Ellesmere Port CH65 9HE
When we're closed
We normally close for two weeks in August and two in December, plus all bank holidays. Other closures happen for centre events and maintenance — those are always emailed to members in advance.
What an hour in the hall actually looks like
Structured, supervised and busy — not a queue for a free-for-all bounce.
Warm up together
The group warms up off the bed first — joints, ankles and core — so nobody starts cold on a trampoline.
Rotate in small groups
Children rotate across beds with a coach on each, working the next skill in their proficiency award with spotting and end decks in place.
Finish with a routine
Skills get linked into a routine, which is where confidence really shows. Parents are welcome to watch from the side.
What to wear (and what to leave at home)

British Gymnastics proficiency awards
Every new member is assessed to find their starting level, then works up through the scheme. You're emailed as each level is passed.
Fundamental actions, shapes and landings — the all-round grounding for the sport. Also the route we use for gymnasts with a disability.
Challenging skill sets for primary and secondary age, building directly on levels 1–5.
Individual skill development, drills and routine construction — seven activities passed per level.
Laminated certificate and badge sets are £4.50 for awards 1–10 and free for 11–15. They take up to two weeks and are presented at the session.
Holiday courses at Northgate
Three-day courses in the school holidays, one hour a day, ages 8–18 and all abilities. Ten places per course, run in association with Brio Leisure.

Come and try two sessions for £10
Tell us your child's age and which venue suits, and Colin will reply with where there's space — usually the same day.
